🧠 Experience: Guardrails for our journey, temperament for our actions.

🔭 Vision: The view of where we are going, the source of energy and enthusiasm for our enterprise.

Experience is negative, a restraint. Vision is positive, a motivator. Both are necessary in the right balance.

Again, dysfunction ensues when we mix these up.

Guardrails based purely on what we think will happen (vision) are not very effective.

Building a product only on what has worked in the past (experience) is not very compelling.
