🔭 How to encourage vision?

Innovation is fueled by vision. Without vision, things can be directionless, drifting toward obscurity. So, how to encourage vision? Perhaps the first thing is not to discourage it. Ironically, the more successful an organization is, the more likely this is to happen. This happens when people mistakenly confuse experience with vision. In the realm of technology, how things were done yesterday, while a useful guide and foundation, will not get us to where we need to go tomorrow.
